Hastings Manufacturing designs and manufactures piston rings for OEM's worldwide, including Chrysler, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Harley-Davidson, and many other Tier One and Tier Two customers. Our engineering team can recommend existing Hastings’ ring designs, built to your specifications, or design a unique product for your application. APPLICATION COVERAGE
Our product line consists of over 16,000 part numbers, or over 25,000 unique piston ring sets in bore sizes from 1.75" to over 10". Material options include cast iron, hi-tensile nodular iron, 9254/1070 steels, and 201/301 stainless steels. Coatings can be applied in plasma-moly, chrome, nitride, and Manganese phosphate. Piston ring profiles include rectangular, barrel face, torsional, full/half keystone, and others.
