What We Make

Over 100-million piston rings are manufactured in our plant each year, from compression rings to our patented Flex-Vent® oil rings—each offered in a wide variety of sizes, shapes, materials, and coatings.

Engineering

Hastings piston ring sets are engineered to maximize combustion efficiency, and lower oil consumption, emissions, and weight. Our designs are mathematically modeled then validated in our engine test lab to meet expected performance levels. We utilize:

Manufacturing and Quality Control
